Vimbai and her husband, Tendai, are Zimbabwean Missionaries to South Africa. Tendai is the Pastor of a Elukwatini Lighthouse Church and Vimbai acts as Director of Zoe Pregnancy Centre. She holds a Degree in Social Work from University of South Africa and had received a Pastoral diploma from Faith World Ministries Bible College in Zimbabwe. After years of involvement in community based organisations such as Woman Self-Empowerment, Life Line, Child Line, Emoyeni Children’s Village and NICRO, she saw a need to create a space for these young pregnant girls and the vision for Zoe began to take shape. She is also trained in counseling wounded children and mentoring children who are now head of their family. She and Tendai have 3 sons and have lived and worked in eManzana for 10 years.
